Cosmetically near perfect. Left ear has slight crackling noise that is there but I can’t hear when I have sound on. Doesn’t really annoy me too much. I called Bose and they said it can be fixed. Not sure what that entails. Pairs well with phone, laptop, etc. comes with all original pieces.
