I bought this on Mercari (see screenshots to provide proof) and photos showed it was in working order. When I got it, I connected it to wifi and it activation locked. Upon contacting buyer, they said they weren’t the original owner and it was working when they had it. You can see the photos from the listing when I purchased, and serial number matches serial on the back of the unit.

The condition is literally perfect, I just can’t do anything with it as I don’t know who owned it previously to get activation lock removed. I’m just trying to get some cash back for it as I wasn’t able to get a refund. $125 OBO.
