Actual Measurements:

~ Chest = 60" (armpit to armpit doubled)
~ Front Length = 32" (neckline at shoulder to bottom hem)
~ Sleeve = 34" (collar seam at back center to end of sleeve)

Material: 100% Polyester

No holes, rips, or tears that I could find. You will see some snags, small white splotches, and minor dirty marks. There is an area of noticeable staining around the seam on the bottom right side (see last photo).
