Rare Antique Adam & Co EAPG Ruffled Light Blue and Opalite Glass Bowl

This is a footed candy bowl or compote bowl made of an icey transparent cyan glass with an opaque opalite edge and core. The top edge is hand-crimped into a ruffled shape and the sides are impressed with alternating 10-pointed stars and teardrop shapes, known as the Palace pattern(sometimes referred to as Moon and Stars pattern), an EAPG created in 1874 by Adam & Co., and supposedly reused in the mid 1900s by L.E. Smith. We''re unsure of what iteration or exact set this piece is from! Totally unmarked.

– Condition: Very good, very light shelf wear on the base of the foot, otherwise appears perfect! No damage or scratching. Please review all photos carefully prior to purchase
